Connecting The Pieces, Inc. provides low-income and transitional housing for individuals including men, women, and single parents. We also assist individuals with education, budgeting, and job-seeking resources. Initially, we are focusing on providing individuals with transitional housing. As we grow, our goal is to implement long-term housing for low-income individuals.
Our mission at Connecting The Pieces, Inc., is to treat individuals, families, and the community with respect and dignity regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, illness, or age. We are committed to accessible care that is delivered in a cost-effective manner. We will provide this care with creative and responsive treatment strategies.We will assist individuals’ especially single men and single fathers with life transition by connecting the pieces using transitional housing, therapy, education and career assistance. We will continuously identify, meet and exceed customer and community expectations by striving to achieve optimal service results. We will ensure excellence through ongoing monitoring of quality indicators, treatment outcomes, accessibility, cost-efficiency and staff development.
