Connecting The Pieces, Inc. provides low income and transitional housing solutions and support. You will be housed with others that are rebounding from the same issues that have held them back. The residential centers give them the hope and encouragement that’s possible to re-establish them as productive members of society. The supportive environment of our staff, partners, and other residents to help one another Connect The Pieces.

Connecting The Pieces, Inc., will treat individuals, families, and the community with PacifierMomBabyrespect and dignity regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, illness, or age. We are committed to accessible care that is delivered in a cost-effective manner. We will provide this care with creative and responsive treatment strategies.We will assist individuals’ especially single men and single fathers with life transition by connecting the pieces using transitional housing, therapy, education and career assistance. We will continuously identify, meet and exceed customer and community expectations by striving to achieve optimal service results. We will ensure excellence through ongoing monitoring of quality indicators, treatment outcomes, accessibility, cost-efficiency and staff development.
